Orders are shipped either from our USA or Europe offices based on the destination of the package. We aim to process and ship out all orders within 2-4 business days from order confirmation. Please refer to our shipping estimates below:  

Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days after posting, with tracking
Express Shipping:
1-3 business days after posting, with tracking

During public holidays and busy periods it’s possible that the processing and delivery of your shipment may experience some delay.

*The delivery time estimate is in business days, that is leaving out Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

You will receive an email with all the tracking details when we ship your order.

Correct delivery is guaranteed by the shipping companies, but it can happen that they lose a parcel or deliver it to the wrong address. We maintain a waiting period of 25 business days after shipment to make sure your order is not delayed. When you do not receive your order within this waiting period we consider your order lost in transit and we will offer you a solution, in such case please contact us over email with your order number. Please note that during final sales and the holiday season delivery times can be longer than usual. We are not responsible for lost deliveries if incorrect delivery address was provided by mistake.

Worldwide Shipping is $4.99 and we offer Free Worldwide Shipping if you spend more than $30!

You can return your purchases within 30 days after receipt. We only accept returns when the purchased goods are unused and show no signs of wear and packaging must be intact. If you wish to return or exchange any product, you need to cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be refunded for the original shipping charges. Before returning your items, please contact us over email with your order number, which products you would like to return and reason for return. We will assist you with proper instructions. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. We do not take responsibility for any items that are lost during return shipping.

Unfortunately we don’t accept cancellations. Once your order is confirmed, we immediately start the production and shipping process.

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All our payments are secured by enterprise grade 256 bit SSL certificates and our servers are stored in protected data center, that is monitored 24/7.

Some countries outside the European Union may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the import. This cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office.
